Refund Policy

All sales are final. We are happy to exchange your product if it needs repair or to be replaced, to be determined by an authorized Beaker & Wrench representative.

Please note:
-If your package arrives damaged: REJECT IT. You MUST reject the package so that the carrier can be held accountable. We insure all packages!
-Buyer responsible for all shipping fees to return manufacturing defect goods back to Beaker & Wrench.
-There are absolutely NO refunds, but we guarantee our products up to 1 year manufacturing defects.
-Warranty claims: DO NOT DISMANTLE THE EQUIPMENT. Only Beaker & Wrench staff are qualified to inspect and repair equipment. Document the issues with photos and ship it back to us AS IS. Shipper is liable for any damages that may occur during return shipment.
